FaujiLink connects verified ex-servicemen with Indian employers. Here's exactly how to use it — whether you served and are looking for civilian work, or you're hiring.

    We confirm your service

    Our team checks your ex-serviceman record in the background. You don't need to chase anything or watch a status — we handle the verification for you.

    Verified employers search by skill, rank, and location, then reach out to you directly — usually on WhatsApp or by phone.

    You talk to them directly

    FaujiLink never charges you and never takes a cut. You deal with the employer one-to-one, on your terms.

Common questions

Is FaujiLink free for ex-servicemen?
Yes — always. There are no fees and no commission. We never take a cut of your salary.
Do I need a resume?
No. Upload one if you have it, or fill in a short profile instead. Either way works.
How long does verification take?
Usually within 24 hours. There's nothing for you to do while you wait — we'll make your profile visible to employers once it's done.
Will my phone number be shared?
Only with a verified employer who actively chooses to contact you, and only after you have accepted our privacy policy. We never sell or broadcast your details.
Do you collect Aadhaar?
No. We do not collect Aadhaar, and your data stays in India.
I'm an employer — how do I reach a candidate?
Search the verified directory, reveal a candidate's contact, and message them on WhatsApp or call directly.
